Former member of the Rajya Sabha, Nandamuri Harikrishna, demanded that the state government release the salaries of the employees participating in the Samaikyandhra agitation in the Seemandhra region immediately.
Speaking to the media on Tuesday, Harikrishna questioned the state government as to how the employees would live without a month's salary. He advised the state government to release the salaries at the earliest.
He also asked the government to give permission to the proposed "Save Andhra Pradesh" meeting of APNGOs to be held at Lal Bahadur Stadium on September 7. (INN)
