AICC president Rahul Gandhi's two-day Hyderabad tour has been finalized.
According to informed sources, Gandhi will arrive in Hyderabad on August 13 at 2 pm, and will participate in several programs arranged in the city till midnight. He will first participate in a 5,000-motorcycle rally from 2:30 pm to 4 pm. He will then have a meeting with 10,000 women self-help groups at Classic Convention Centre, Rajendra Nagar, organized by former home minister Sabitha Indra Reddy.
Gandhi will then address a public meeting in Serlingampally from 5 pm to 6:30 pm. That will be followed by another public meeting organized by Bhikshapathi Yadav from 8 pm to 9:30 pm, and one more in Nampally organized by Feroze Khan. From 10 pm to 11 pm he will meet Muslim intellectuals. He will then retire for the day in Haritha Plaza.
On August 14, Gandhi will start with a darsan of goddess Peddhamma Thalli at Jubilee Hills, escorted by former MLA Vishnuvardhan Reddy. From 10 am to 11 am the AICC president will have a meeting with party leaders and workers in Jubilee Hills and Khairathabad. From 11 am to 12 noon, he will have an interaction with business leaders, and from 12 noon to 12:30 pm he will meet with editors in the Press Club. 1 pm to 1:30 pm will be lunch at the Paradise restaurant in Secunderabad.
From 2 pm to 3 pm the AICC president will visit Osmania University. From 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm he will address a public meeting in Secunderabad, and from 5 pm to 6 pm another one at Sanathnagar organized by Marri Shashidhar Reddy.
From 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm Gandhi will address a meeting in Goshamahal organized by Mukesh Goud, and from 8 pm to 9 pm, another in the Quli Qutub Shah stadium organized by Mohammed Shabbir Ali. From 9 pm to 9:30 pm the Congress president will have dinner in Madina Hotel in the Old City organized by Ghouse. He will then take off for Delhi at 10:30 pm.
