Sri Sathya Sai Institute Of Higher Medical Sciences (SSSIHMS) Director A N Safaya on Saturday evening stated that there is a slight improvement in the overall health condition of Satya Sai Baba.
In a medical bulletin, Dr. Safaya stated that the condition of Satya Sai Baba continues to be stable, and the functioning of the kidneys and lungs is also showing improvement.
He, however, added that the spiritual leader will continue to be on the ventilator, and will undergo periodic slow haemodialysis for a few more days.
"Satya Sai Baba is responding satisfactorily to the treatment being given to him by the panel of doctors, and all his vital parameters are working well," Dr. Safaya stated.
He further added that the Baba's lung infection has cleared to some extent. (INN)
