Prabhas Guest House Case: High Court Reserves Orders

The Telangana High Court on Thursday reserved its orders in Telugu film actor Prabhas's guest house seizure case.
Hyderabad | 3rd January 2019
The Telangana High Court on Thursday reserved its orders in Telugu film actor Prabhas's guest house seizure case.

The court took the decision after the completion of the arguments from both sides in the case.

The counsel for Prabhas presented his arguments in the case and told the court that the land where the guest house built had been bought by Prabhas' father . He also told the court that the actor had approached the concerned authorities for the regularisation of his property. He added that the officials concerned had seized the guest house without giving any notice to the actor.

From the other side, the government pleader filed an affidavit before the court and informed it that the government would not demolish the guest house until further orders from the court.
