Former Minister Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy on Thursday declared an open war against Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy in Chittoor district.
Talking to media persons, the former minister said "Kiran Kumar has been my political opponent since a long time. I will work against him in the district, and join hands with others in the process of destabilizing his cabinet."
He predicted the collapse of akiran Reddy government by December 31st.
Stating that he would work as a loyal party worker in the Congress party, Ramachandra Reddy said that the High Command had taken a wrong decision by choosing Kiran Reddy for the Chief Minister's post.
Reddy said that he would announce his future plans against the Chief Minister soon.
He alleged that Kiran Reddy did not follow social justice while allotting portfolios to ministers which caused rift in the maiden cabinet.
"I have not made efforts for a berth in the Kiran Reddy cabinet as I am unable to work under his stewardship," he pointed out.
Reacting to the claim of the Chief Minister that he was a Hyderabadi, he asked the people from Chittoor to respond to this statement as Kiran Reddy had done nothing for his constituency.
