There seem to be a lot of not-so-clandestine meetings being arranged in the political scenario these days. Coming latest in a series of meetings (some of the other illustrous predecessors being the meeting between Congress leaders and the Governor not to mention, the meeting between N Chandrababu Naidu and the President of India), is the meeting between PCC president Botsa Satyanarayana, his predecessor D Srinivas and the Governor E S L Narasimhan.
The meeting was held in Raj Bhavan. D Srinivas met teh Governor first, told the waiting media that it was merely a courtesy call.
"There is no political significance to the meeting," he said.
Immediately after he left, Botsa Satyanarayana called on the Governor.
However, the PCC chief refused to speak to the media.
There is heavy speculation that the cabinet reshuffle will take place soon and that the ministers who have been accused in the various scams revealed by the CBI will either resign, or will be dropped from the state Cabinet. (INN)
