Erstwhile movie star and Jana Sena's chief Pawan Kalyan will reveal his strategy for the ensuing Assembly and Lok Sabha elections during a public meeting to be held in Visakhapatnam on March 27.
Pawan Kalyan, who launched his new political outfit Jana Sena on March 14, is also expected to make his stand clear on having alliances with other parties.
After his meeting with BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi last week, it is being speculated that he will join the proposed "Grand Alliance" which is reportedly comprised of the TDP, the BJP and the Lok Satta party in the ensuing elections.
However, with the TDP-BJP tie-up talks hitting a road block, the "Grand Alliance" proposals look uncertain now. Therefore, Pawan Kalyan is expected to announce whether he will sail forth with the TDP or the BJP.
Meanwhile, sources close to Pawan Kalyan have indicated that Pawan Kalyan will go along with the BJP, as he has been supporting Modi's candidature for the Prime Minister's post.
He is also believed to have written a letter to Somu Veerraju, who had mediated Pawan's meeting with Modi, stating that he (Pawan) will only support a national party and will not go along with any regional party.
During the proposed meeting at the Indira Priyadarshini municipal stadium in Vizag on March 27, Pawan will release his much-touted book "ISM". The book which has been authored by Pawan Kalyan and his friend Raju Ravitej explains the ideology of the Jana Sena Party. (INN)
