Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee Chief N Raghuveera Reddy laid waste to the rumours that actor-turned-politician Chiranjeevi would leave the Congress, by stating that there was no truth to such reports.
Speaking to the media on Sunday, Reddy said that Chiranjeevi was fully dedicated to the Congress party and would work as long as his age permitted it. He blamed the TDP for these rumours and also accused it of being corrupt.
The APCC chief also claimed that the TDP's Jan Chaitanya Yatra proved a failure as it failed to mobilize people.
"People of this State have lost their faith in the government due to its own doings, he said.
