No Confusion On Telangana Bill Debate: Speaker
The Speaker stated this reacting to objection raised by Y S Vijaya Lakshmi, who said that there is no clarity on whether or not the Bill would be subject to voting.
Assembly Speaker Nadendla Manohar on Thursday said that there is "absolute clarity" on how the State Reorganisation Bill should be dealt with in the Assembly.
The Speaker stated this while reacting to the objection raised by YSRCP floor leader Y S Vijaya Lakshmi, on continuation of debate with no clarity on whether or not the Bill would be subjected to voting.
The Speaker said that the entire process on how the debate on Telangana Bill would be taken up has been clarified and Vijayamma could go through the note circulated among all the members.
Replying to a query raised by TRS MLA K Tarakarama Rao asking whether or not Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy has concluded his debate, the Speaker informed that the CM would continue his debate. (INN)
