The Opposition YSR Congress Party today received another shock in the State.
Party MLC Pothula Sunitha resigned from the post as also from the party membership.
Sunitha is also the State women's president of the YSRCP.
It is learnt that her resignation letter has been sent to the party president Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy.
Sunitha said that she would announce her future course of action soon.
Meanwhile, party Rajya Sabha MPs Mopidevi Venkataramana and Bida Masthan Rao are also set to resign from the party. Mopidevi is also likely to resign as MP. After resigning as MP in Delhi, where he is currently on a visit, Mopidevi is likely to announce his decision to resign from the party after holding a meeting with party workers in the Repalle Assembly constituency. Mopidevi is likely to join the ruling TDP with his followers in the next week.
