McDonald's GCC At HITEC City Inaugurated
The company will invest Rs 875 crore over two years and hire 2,000+ skilled professionals as part of its major expansion in Hyderabad.

Deputising for the government, Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka and IT & Industries Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu today inaugurated a McDonald's Global Capability Centre (GCC) in HITEC City, Hyderabad.
The facility spans approximately 1.56 lakh sq ft at RMZ Nexity, and is billed as McDonald's largest GCC outside the United States.
The centre is designed to serve as a global hub for innovation, enterprise operations, analytics, technology development and back-office services.
McDonald's plans to invest about Rs 875 crore into this expansion over the next two years, and aims to recruit over 2,000 professionals in high-skill roles.
The new GCC is expected not only to generate direct employment but also to stimulate allied sectors such as real-estate leasing, services, logistics and supply-chain operations across Telangana.
The State government welcomed the investment as a boost to the local economy, skills ecosystem and positioning of Hyderabad on the global map of service centres.
