Max Infra Director BVVSN Raju Booked For Land Grabbing
The NHRC in New Delhi today registered a case against B V V S N Raju, Director of Max Infra Pvt Ltd, headquartered in Madhapur, Hyderabad.

The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) in New Delhi today registered a case (No 61/36/9/2025) against B V V S N Raju, Director of Max Infra (I) Pvt Ltd, headquartered in Madhapur, Hyderabad.
The case pertains to allegations of illegal land grabbing involving Pandi Pentaiah, a resident of Pedda Amberpet Municipality, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Rangareddy district.
According to a press release dated March 3, Pentaiah owns an open plot measuring 424.24 square yards in the Abdullapurmet revenue area, with an estimated market value of Rs 4 crore. He alleges that Raju has unlawfully occupied this land and has been issuing threats.
Seeking redress, Pentaiah approached Sudhakar Rao, a human rights activist based in Delhi, who subsequently filed a complaint with the NHRC.
The NHRC has directed the Rachakonda Commissioner of Police, and the Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration (CDMA) of the Government of Telangana to investigate the matter.
They have been asked to take appropriate action against the accused and submit an action-taken report to the NHRC within four weeks, with a deadline set for March 19.
In a similar case, the NHRC issued notices to the police regarding allegations against BRS MLA Arekapudi Gandhi and his associates of forcibly taking over a company's premises in Jeedimetla, Medchal Malkajgiri district, in June 2023.
