High Court Adjourns HCU Land Case To April 24
The division bench directed that counters and reports related to the case be submitted by that date.

The Telangana High Court today adjourned the hearing in the HCU land dispute case to April 24.
The division bench hearing the issue directed that counters and reports related to the case be submitted by that date.
The bench noted that the matter also fell under the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court.
Both the Supreme Court and the High Court are currently hearing matters related to the HCU land dispute. The counsel representing the Union government also requested the court to direct the authorities to submit a status report.
Meanwhile, the Gachibowli police have registered a case concerning the circulation of fake and manipulated videos on social media including those depicting forest fires and misinformation about the Kancha Gachibowli lands. Notices have been served to BRS leader Manne Krishank for allegedly posting such videos. The police have directed Krishank to appear for questioning at the Gachibowli police station on April 9, 10 and 11.
