Government Whip Adi Srinivas today claimed that many more BRS MLAs would be joining the Congress soon in Telangana.
Speaking at a press conference at the Congress Legislative Party (CLP) media hall, Srinivas said that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy had already hit a double six in a row with six BRS MLAs and six BRS MLCs joining the Congress, and he was going to hit another six soon.
The Congress MLA lambasted BRS working president K T Rama Rao for criticising Rahul Gandhi over the defections, and asked why KTR did not remember the Constitution when defections were being encouraged by the BRS government.
He also criticised former chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao for speaking "irresponsibly" against the State government, and said that the BRS president was living in an illusory world.
"KCR's mental condition is not good, and he needs to consult a psychologist," Srinivas said.
