With only four days left for the Telangana Assembly elections, political leaders are leaving no stone unturned to woo voters. On Friday, BRS working president and Telangana minister K T Rama Rao traveled in the Hyderabad Metro between Raidurgam and Begumpet like a normal passenger, and interacted with other commuters.
With the train being full of passengers, quite a crowd jostled to get close to the high-profile minister. KTR stood in the coach and spoke with the passengers, and explained to them the importance of exercising their votes.
He also spoke about the welfare schemes offered by the BRS government, and appealed to the passengers to vote for the party and enable it to win once again.
Many commuters took selfies with the minister, who gracefully obliged.
The videos of KTR's metro journey have now gone viral on the social media.
