BRS working president K T Rama Rao today criticized Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka for failing to fulfill promises made to the people of the State.
He alleged that the Congress government had failed to fully implement the six guarantees it made to the people during the last Assembly election campaigns.
KTR said that he had been questioning the Congress government on the social media about its failures for a long time.
He criticized the Congress government for implementing the newly launched four schemes on a pilot basis in only one village per mandal across Telangana as part of a phased rollout, and accused Chief Minister Revanth Reddy of hypocrisy.
"During the 2023 elections, people in every mandal, every village and every household in the State voted for the Congress based on its electoral promises. But after witnessing the CM's year-long rule, marked by dacoity and betrayal, the people are no longer willing to be patient. The four crore Telangana people will not forgive your hypocrisy if you continue deceiving them in the name of some for a few," he said.
