KTR Meets Kavitha In Tihar Jail

BRS working president K T Rama Rao today met party MLC and his sister Kavitha, who is lodged in Tihar jail after being arrested in connection with the Delhi liquor scam case.

KTR asked about Kavitha's health during his meeting.

Delhi's Rouse Avenue court had recently extended Kavitha's judicial custody by another two weeks.

Meanwhile, the court extended the CBI's judicial custody of MLC Kavitha once again.

Accepting the supplementary charge-sheet filed by the CBI, the court remanded Kavitha in judicial custody till July 21 in the CBI case.

The court posted the matter for further hearing on June 21.

Meanwhile, Kavitha asked the court for nine new books to read. Her plea was accepted by the court.
