Komatireddy Venkat Reddy Wants To Be TPCC President
Claiming that there would be a change of guard in the TPCC very soon, the Bhongir MP said that he would meet Sonia Gandhi and urge her to make him its boss.
Bhongir MP and Congress leader Komatireddy Venkat Reddy on Friday said that he was in the race for the post of the TPCC (Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee) president.
He said that there would be a change of guard in the TPCC very soon, and that he would meet with party supremo Sonia Gandhi and urge her to consider his name for the post.
He claimed that his sole objective was to bring the Congress back to power in Telangana as it was responsible for statehood for the region.
Targeting KCR, Reddy alleged that the CM was more concerned about his commissions than in the development of the state.
He also alleged that the CM was trying to confuse the people in the names of the Palle Pragathi and the Pattana Pragathi programs, and the the government did not build even a single house in the state.
