Telangana Political JAC chairman M Kodandaram lodged a complaint with the State Human Rights Commission (SHRC) asking it to urge the State government to assist the kin of those died of the Dengue "outbreak" in the Khammam district.
On Saturday, after lodging a complaint with the SHRC, Kodandaram said that people in several parts of Khammam were dying of the disease, and urged the SHRC to make the State government to initiate steps to control the Dengue fever deaths in Khammam district immediately.
For those who came in late, several people have died in Ravinuthala village under Bonakal mandal in Khammam, of Dengue. As per reports, tens of thousands of dengue cases have cropped up ever since the Telangana rains and floods.
