Kesineni Staff Stage Dharna For Pending Salaries
The employees of Kesineni Travels staged a dharna alleging that Vijayawada MP and owner of the company Nani had not paid salaries to them for the past year.
A few days after Vijayawada MP Kesineni Srinivas alias Nani announced the closure of his bus operations in Andhra Pradesh, the employees of Kesineni Travels staged a dharna alleging that Nani had not paid salaries to them for the past year.
The employees staged the protest in front of the MP's office, and demanded that their salary dues be paid immediately.
They said that the MP had closed down his bus operations without warning and left them in the lurch, without giving them enough time to look for alternative employment.
They said that they had never expected that an MP would dupe the people in this manner.
Curiously, TDP activists descended in droves and abused the protesting employees, and pushed them away from the dharna spot.
