Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan today met Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao in the city.
The Kerala CM called on KCR at Pragathi Bhavan and closeted with him for about an hour.
According to reports, Vijayan had come to the city to participate in a central committee meeting of the CPM.
KCR took the opportunity to invite Vijayan for lunch, and the latter came to Pragathi Bhavan along with CPM chief Sitaram Yechury.
Both the CMs and Yechury got lunch and reportedly discussed investments and development programs in Kerala.
KCR reportedly sought Vijayan's support for a possible third front that he plans to create to fight the BJP and the Congress at the national level in future elections.
