For digging the pits, setting up of tree guards and planting saplings, 25,000 persons should be engaged. Prepare the next plan of action. At the time of planting the saplings, sirens should be played in the mosques. The moment the siren is heard, start planting the saplings. There are 50 divisions in Karimnagar City.
