TRS boss and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao arrived at the Pragathi Nivedana Sabha public meeting at Kongarakalan on the outskirts of the city at 6:25 pm today.
He took a special helicopter at the Begumpet airport to reach the rendezvous along with MPs K Keshava Rao and J Santhosh Kumar, and TSMDC Chairman Sheri Subhash Reddy.
He will deliver a speech for about 90 minutes according to information.
Soon after the CM's arrival, Deputy Chief Minister Mahmood Ali tied a traditional tag on the right hand of KCR. Ali was flanked by MLA Salim and others.
Also present on the dais were Deputy Chief Minister K Srihari, Home Minister N Narasimha Reddy, ministers T Harish Rao, K T Rama Rao, E Rajender and Mahender Reddy, Deputy Speaker Padma Devender Reddy, Palla Rajeshwar Reddy, MPs, MLAs, MLCs and others.
