Hyderabad | 15th March 2017
The Telangana Legislative Council today witnessed an interesting discussion during the debate on the Governor's address.

Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao commented on the Congress saying that there were two types of members in that party - while one category of Congress leaders demanded that the government resolve issues, another category of leaders of the same party approached the courts and got stays.

Elaborating, he said that where the regularization of the services of contract lecturers was concerned, one Congress leader demanded the regularization of their services but some other leaders of that party went to the court and got a stay.

The Chief Minister urged Shabbir Ali of the Congress to "please get the stay vacated".

The Chief Minister also said that the Congress leaders should desist from approaching the courts and create hurdles in the development works. He claimed that nobody could stop "Bangaru Telangana" however many legal hurdles they created.
