Congress MLA T Jeevan Reddy on Sunday alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao was not accessible to anyone, including the members of his own cabinet.
Speaking to media persons in the Assembly premises, Reddy alleged that KCR had been functioning as a monarch, and not as the elected Chief Minister.
The Chief Minister was not available even to the ministers and MLAs of his own party to discuss the issues concerning the common people, he said scornfully.
He wondered how "Bangaru Telangana" could be formed with the Chief Minister remaining inaccessible to the people and their elected representatives.
Reddy also criticised KCR for not conducing review meetings with the officials of different districts.
Stating that the Chief Minister's visits to different districts were confined to his speeches in public meetings, he said that KCR should have held district-wise review meetings at least once in a week.
He said that the Chief Minister should increase his interaction with the ministers, all elected representatives, and the common people. (INN)
