KCR Confirms Formation Of Masaipet Mandal In Medak

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao today cleared the formation of a new mandal, Masaipet in Medak district.

Following a request made by Narsapur MLA Chilumula Madan Reddy for the creation of a new mandal in Medak district, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao today sanctioned the formation of one.

Masaipet village in Medak district will now be converted into a mandal, which will increase the number of mandals in the district to 21.

The new mandal will comprise nine villages - three from Chegunta mandal and six from Yeldurthy mandal - in the Toopuran revenue division of Medak district.

Formal orders regarding the same will be issued shortly by the state government.
