Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao expressed hope that the upcoming Winter Session of Legislature would produce meaningful results, and people's issues would be solved without politicization.
The Chief Minister was speaking at a review meeting held on Monday at Pragathi Bhavan on the preparations made for the upcoming Assembly Session. Legislative Affairs Minister T Harish Rao, Chief Whip Palla Rajeshwar Reddy, senior officials S Narsing Rao, Ramakrishna Rao, Bhupal Reddy, Ganapati Reddy, Navin Mittal, Smita Sabharwal and others participated in the meeting.
He also decided to utilize the Session to explain various programs being launched by the State government for the welfare of the public to the people.
Since there is a likelihood of members raising several issues, the CM asked the Treasury Benches to be armed with necessary information.
Also, he asked Ministers to prepare comprehensive reports on their respective Ministries to share in the House.
All the ruling Party members should have awareness on the policies and programs of the government, he ordered.
The Chief Minister said that while answering the queries raised by members, the Ruling Front would definitely take their suggestions and opinions.
However a clear message should be given to the members not to politicize the proceedings of the Session, he said.
