Common Entrance Exam Schedule
Narasimha reveals dates for the conduction of entrance exams, the the dates for announcement of the results of the entrance exams.

The minister for higher and technical education, Damodar Raja Narasimha, on Thursday announced the schedule for conducting the common entrance tests in the state.
Talking to media persons after convening a review meeting over conducting tests with officials of the state council of higher education, Narasimha said that the common entrance tests for engineering, agriculture, and medicine, will be conducted on 8 May 2011, under the aegis of JNTU.
He said that ECET, for admission to engineering courses for polytechnic students, would be conducted on 20 May 2011, and Ed CET, for admission to B Ed courses, would be conducted on 4 June 2011. The ICET entrance exam, for admission to MBA and MCA courses, would be conducted on 15 May 2011.
Raja Narasimha said all the results would be announced within 15 days after the conduction of the entrance exam.
The EAMCET results would be announced in the 3rd week of May, while ICET results would be announced in the 1st week of June, Narasimha stated. The Ed CET and ECET results would be announced in the 2nd week of June and the 1st week of July respectively, Narasimha said.
The minister said that jammers would be installed at the examination centres, to prevent mass copying by students through mobile phones or any other electronic medium.
Raja Narasimha pointed out that the government has decided to conduct the intermediate practical examinations without adopting the jumbling method this year.
