Governor E S L Narasimhan today urged students and other people in Telangana to observe the Accident Free Day on January 31.

Governor E S L Narasimhan today urged students and other people in Telangana to observe the Accident Free Day on January 31.

Speaking in a meeting, he said, "This is an appeal to all road users in Telangana. Road safety has become a matter of serious concern. Not observing mandated road safety measures has cost us many lives. Therefore, I appeal to all of you to observe Jan 31 as Accident Free Day from now on, by following traffic rules and taking all precautions to avoid road accidents."
