Auditor, and Jagan's financial advisor, Vijaya Sai Reddy, the second accused in the Jagan assets case, filed a petition in the CBI court, seeking permission to be physically present in the court on June 19.
It may be recalled that the CBI had filed a memo in the Nampally court, stating that Y S Jaganmohan Reddy and Vijay Sai Reddy can influence the witnesses if they are kept together in the same jail. This is why the agency had asked permission for shifting Vijay Sai Reddy to another jail. The memo will come up for hearing in the court on June 19. (INN)
