Pradesh Congress Committee's disciplinary committee chairman Kanteti Satyanarayana Raju, on Saturday, stated that the party would issue show-cause notices to Eluru MLA Alla Kali Krishna Srinivas (Nani), for getting close with the YSR Congress party.
Talking to media persons at Gandhi Bhavan, he warned that the party would take serious disciplinary action against those indulging in anti-party activities.
Stating that PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana has lodged a complaint seeking action against Alla Nani for getting close with the YSR Congress, he said the party's disciplinary committee would issue show-cause notice to Nani on 28 May, seeking explanation from him over the issue.
Responding to Anakapalle MP Sabbam Hari openly supporting YSR Congress president Jaganmohan Reddy, he said that the PCC would convey the matter to the All India Congress Committee, seeking action on him. And as for Bobbili MLA Venkata Sujay Krishna Ranga Rao Ravu switching loyalties to Jagan, he said that the PCC had not lodged any complaint against him so far. (INN)
