Jagan, Gali's Judicial Remand Till 17 Jan
The judicial remands of Kadapa MP Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, former Karnataka Minister Gali Janardhan Reddy, and several others under arrest for alleged involvement in the OMC scam, Jagan's disproportionate assets case and the Emaar case, has been extended to 17 January.

The Special Court on Wednesday extended the judicial remand of YSR Congress president and Kadapa MP Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, who is under arrest in relation to a disproportionate assets case, to 17 January.
Meanwhile, the Special Court also extended the judicial remand of former Karnataka Minister Gali Janardhan Reddy, who is under arrest in relation to the Obulapuram Mining Company case, to 17 January.
The extention of judicial custody also applies to Srinivas Reddy, D Rajagopal, Sunil Reddy, Nimmagadda Prasad and Brahmananda Reddy, who have all been accused of involvement in different cases related to the OMC scam, Jagan's disproportionate assets case and the Emaar case. All the accused were produced before the CBI Court through video-conferencing from Chanchalguda Central Jail. (INN)
