In his counter, Jagan told the court that he had not violated any of the conditions mentioned in his bail orders.
He also told the court that the petition filed by Raju did not have any merit for it to be entertained. He alleged that Raju was trying to use the judiciary to settle his political scores against him, and urged the court to dismiss the petition.
Separately, the CBI also filed a memo in the case urging the court to take a decision in Raju?s petition as per the law and using its discretionary powers.
The court later adjourned the case to the 14th of this month.
