CBI Court Defers Verdict Again In Jagan Bail Case
The court postponed its ruling following the petitioner Raghurama Krishnam Raju approaching the High Court seeking transfer of the petition to a different court.
The special CBI court in the city looking into the Jagan disprortionate assets case today deferred its verdict in another case concerning a demand for cancellation of the bail of the AP CM, to Wednesday.
The bail cancellation petition was filed by the dissident MP of the ruling YSRCP from AP, Raghurama Krishnam Raju.
The arguments in the case have already concluded.
The court postponed its ruling in the case following the MP approaching the High Court of the state urging it to transfer the petition to a different court.
The HC has heard the arguments of the counsel for the petitioner, and adjourned its verdict to Wednesday.
