Home Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy has been named by CBI in the fifth chargesheet filed today in connection with Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy's disproportionate assets (DA)case.

The chargesheet, which was filed with the CBI special court, includes the names of Mopidevi Venkataramana, Dharmana Prasada Rao and others. In all, 13 persons were named in the additional charge-sheet. It has 53 attested documents, and includes 46 persons as witnesses.
Cases were registered against Sabitha under sections 120(b), 409, and 420 of IPC. She was also booked under sections 9, 12, 13, and 13(1) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
The accused as per the charge sheet are: Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, Vijay Sai Reddy, Punit Dalmia of Dalmia Cements, Sabitha Indra REddy, IAS officer Y Srilakshmi, V D Rajagopal, Sajjala Diwakar Reddy of Eshwar Cements, Sanjay N Misra, Neel Kamal Bheri, and Jaideep Basu of Dalmia Cements. (INN)
