The High Court, on Thursday, postponed a hearing on the petition filed by the Enforcement Directorate seeking permission to interrogate YSR Congress president Jaganmohan Reddy.
The court, after hearing arguments of the Enforcement Directorate and Jagan's counsel, posted the petition to 2 July.
It may be mentioned here that the Enforcement Directorate had booked Jagan under several acts for violating Foreign Exchange rules and the Prevention Of Money Laundering Act.
Earlier, the special court gave the Enforcement Directorate special permission to serve notices to Jaganmohan Reddy, following the refusal of his counsel to accept the ED's notices. (INN)
