Jagadish Reddy's Board Doesn't Say SC Minister: Madiga
MRPS president Manda Krishna Madiga alleged that there was no mention of his being the SC Welfare Minister on the board of Power Minister G Jagadish Reddy.
Speaking to the media on Wednesday, MRPS founder president Manda Krishna Madiga alleged that there was no mention of his being the SC Welfare Minister on the board displayed at Power Minister G Jagadish Reddy's residence.
Madiga warned Reddy that MRPS activists would obstruct him everywhere he went if he failed to change the board.
Madiga also addressed a letter to Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao seeking an appointment with the latter. In his letter, Madiga thanked KCR for extending support to the demand for categorisation of SC reservations right from the beginning, and for urging Prime Minister Narendra Modi to take a positive decision on the issue. Madiga alleged that the BJP had gone back on its word on categorisation of SC reservations, and urged that KC mount pressure on the Centre using the TRS MPs on this issue, and that the CM take an all-party delegation to Delhi in this regard.
He also requested the Chief Minister to extend the TRS' support to the proposed Telangana Bandh on March 13.
