» Intermediate Supplementary Exams 2013 Go Off Without Any Malpractice
No Malpractice In Inter Supplementary Exams
The Board of Intermediate Examinations reports (in astonishment) that no cases of malpractice were observed during the Intermediate Supplementary exams.
In what is indeed a rare occurrence, not a single case of malpractice was booked during the Intermediate Public Advanced Supplementary Examinations held in two sessions, across the state, on Wednesday.
According to the Board of Intermediate Examinations, no case of malpractice was observed at any of the examination centres on Wednesday.
However, over 5,000 candidates skipped the examinations. Out of the 134 candidates in the General category, and the 9,777 in the Vocational category, as many as 3,871 (roughly 39.5%) abstained from Geology Paper-I, Home Science Paper-I, Public Administration Paper-I, Logic Paper-I and Bridge Course Maths Paper-I (for BPC students).
Similarly, out of 237 General candidates, and 3,624 Vocational candidates, a total of 1,441 (37.32% approximately) candidates abstained from the second year supplementary exams.
The examinations were conducted peacefully without any untoward incident, the Board said. (INN)
