In Another Jolt To Congress, Anam Brothers Join TDP
Two senior Congress leaders, Anam Ramanarayana Reddy and his brother Anam Vivekananda Reddy, changed their loyalties and joined the TDP today.

Giving a shot in the arm to the TDP in Andhra Pradesh, two senior Congress leaders, the Anam brothers, changed their loyalties and joined the TDP.
Anam Ramanarayana Reddy and his brother Anam Vivekananda Reddy joined the TDP in the presence of AP Chief Minister and TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu, along with some 2,000 followers.
On the occasion, a public meeting was organized at the A1 convention centre. Addressing the meeting, Naidu said, "We heartfully welcome the Anam brothers into our Party's fold."
He alleged that the Congress had divided the State for its political gain. The unscientific bifurcation had done grave injustice to the State was facing huge a financial crunch, Naidu said.
"There are many problems in AP, and we have to work hard keeping in view the future generations," the Chief Minister exhorted.
State ministers Narayana and Devineni Umamaheshwar Rao, TDP State president Kala Venkatrao, MLC Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy and others attended the meeting.
