The Water Tanker Owners' Association (WTOA) will go an indefinite strike from November 27 over non-renewal of licenses to run water tanker trips by the management of the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board.
WTOA general secretary Akbar Hussain said that though the association had been requesting the HMWS&SB management to renew the tanker licenses for several days, the response from the management had been lukewarm, forcing the association to go in for an indefinite strike from Monday.
