HCA Coaches Resign

Owning moral responsibility for the disastrous performance of the Hyderabad team in the Ranji Trophy matches, chief coach Venkatapathi Raju, coaches Vivek Jayasimha and Kawaljit Singh on Saturday submitted their resignations to their posts.

The coaches sent their resignation letters to the Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) on Saturday.

Accepting their resignations, the HCA president Arshad Ayub said Vijayamohan Raj has been appointed as the new coach for the Under-19 team.

According to sources, M V Sridhar is likely to be appointed as the chief coach for the upcoming matches.
