Agniveer Recruitment Rally At AOC Centre From Feb 2

The Indian Army will conduct a recruitment rally under the Unit Headquarters Quota at Mukhtair Hall, AOC Centre, Secunderabad, from February 2 to May 10, 2026.

The rally will enrol candidates for Agniveer General Duty (GD), Clerk/SKT (AOC wards only), Tradesmen, Outstanding Sportsmen, and Trade 10th Musicians.

Outstanding sportsmen who have represented India at the international level, or represented their State at the senior or junior national level and won medals in individual events or secured up to eighth place in team events, are eligible to participate.

The eligible sports disciplines include athletics (track and field), swimming and diving, and weightlifting. Candidates must produce relevant certificates, which should not be more than two years old as on the date of screening.

Qualifying sportsmen must report on February 2, while musicians must report on February 4, at 6 am.

Eligible candidates aged between 17.5 and 21 years can apply.

The educational qualification for Agniveer General Duty (GD) is Class 10 (Matric) pass with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate and at least 33% in each subject. Candidates possessing a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving licence will be given preference for driver requirements.

For Agniveer Clerk/SKT, candidates must have passed the 10+2 Intermediate examination in any stream with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate and at least 50% in each subject, including 50% in English and Maths/Accounts/Bookkeeping in Class XII. For Agniveer Tradesmen (10th standard), a simple pass in Class 10 with 33% marks is required.
