The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) has cautioned the general public not to enter into any kind of transactions - e. g. purchase of villas, any legal agreements - in the venture Prestige County Phase-I & Phase-II beside Outer Ring Road at Rallaguda village, Shamshabad gram panchayat and mandal, being developed by CSK Realtors Ltd., Hyderabad, represented by Chimanlal Suresh Kumar, Managing Director of the Company, as the layout was being developed without any valid permission or approval by HMDA, and is illegal. It comes under the declared prohibitory zones.
