Heera Group To Take Legal Action Against Slanderers

The Hyderabad-based Heera Group today warned that it would take legal action against all those who were carrying out a "false" campaign against it on various platforms, including the social media.

The legal representatives of the organisation Bhaskar and Jahnavi alleged that the slanderous campaign was being carried out against their group as part of a political conspiracy, and that some opponents of the group's CEO Nouheera Shaik had lodged complaints against her in order to damage her reputation and the company's business.

They said that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) had attached the assets of the group based on the false complaints, and that after CEO Nowhera Shaik had approached the Supreme Court against the attachment of the assets by the ED, the court had asked the ED to release all the attached assets of the group.

They alleged that some opponents of the CEO were clearly carrying out a malicious campaign against Shaik, and claimed that their CEO was a law-abiding citizen of the country.
