Government Killed Pravallika For The Second Time: Kodandaram
The Telangana Jana Samithi founder alleged that the State government had killed the Group 2 job aspirant once again by spreading false propaganda about her.
Telangana Jana Samithi founder president M Kodandaram today alleged that the State government had killed Group 2 job aspirant Pravallika once again by spreading false propaganda about her claiming that she had killed herself over a failed love affair.
He also alleged that government, KTR and the police were responsible for her death.
He was speaking at a meeting held under the auspices of the unemployed youth JAC on the "false propaganda" around Pravallika's suicide. Apart from him, Congress spokesperson Riyaz, AICC spokesperson Dolly Sharma, and members of the unemployed youth JAC and student unions were present.
Kodandaram said that Pravallika had come to Hyderabad with the aim of getting a government job and prepare for competitive exams, but got frustrated by the continuous delays to the extent that she finally killed herself unable to reconcile with the prospect of a life of unemployment. And the State government, instead of understanding that kind of anguish that it was causing people like her and expediting the recruitment process, was instead assasinating Pravallika's character to cover up its own lies and deceit.
Kodandaram said that all the figures given by KTR in terms of recruitments and jobs in the pipeline were wrong calculations. He said that he was ready for a discussion on KTR's statement that two lakh people had been recruited by the State government.
"KCR is speaking as if there is no problem of unemployment in the State. There are mentions only of pensions, Rythu Bandhu and gas prices in the BRS manifesto - there is nothing about jobs anywhere in there," he said. He also lamented that the job calendar year was still not being announced, an dthat there was no response to the demand for the abolition of the TSPSC and the formation of a new board.
