Gold Price Reaches Rs. 24,300

An increase of Rs. 1,000 for 10 grams of the yellow metal was recorded on the commodities exchange.

Gold prices in Hyderabad skyrocketed to an astounding Rs. 24,300 on Wednesday.

The price of 24-carat gold in Hyderabad on Wednesday reached a record Rs. 24,300 per 10 grams.

An increase of Rs. 1,000 for 10 grams of the yellow metal was recorded on the commodities exchange. The sharp increase in prices has been ascribed to the present conditions prevailing in USA, and to the wedding season in the country.

The rates of silver also recorded an increase of Rs. 1500, thus reaching Rs. 63,000 per kg. (INN)
