The special meeting of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation will be held on Monday to approve its Rs. 3,800 crore budget for 2013-14.

However, due to several factors, the GHMC's council meeting could not be held to pass the budget. Although the GHMC ordinary meeting was held on 2 February, it was adjourned after paying tributes to former minister and Mayor Sarojini Pulla Reddy.
