GHMC's New House Numbering Soon

The GHMC is contemplating a new house-numbering program in all circles.

Minister for Municipal Administration M Mahidhar Reddy, on Tuesday, stated that the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation was contemplating a new house-numbering program in all circles.

Replying to a question raised by MLAs D Sudheer Reddy and Kuna Srisailam Goud in the state Legislative Assembly, the minister said that Rs. 1.2 crore was allotted for the program in 2011-12, and that Rs. 3 crore was proposed under Budget 2012-13.

He said that the numbering program has already been taken up, and that it would be completed by end of March 2014. (INN)
