Mayor Banda Karthika Reddy on Thursday appealed to the general public to participate in the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation's "Face To Face" program on November 6 from 4pm to 5pm at the GHMC head office, and get their grievances solved.
Karthika Reddy stated that during the program, public grievances would be received over telephone for the 1st half an hour, and later, grievances would be received from the citizens in person.
People can call on 040-2322-1978, 2322-2018, 2326-1330 to register their complaints.
Karthika Reddy revealed that besides the GHMC Commissioner, various government officials, including the Commissioner of Police, the HMDA Metropolitan Commissioner, the HMWSSB Managing Director, the Hyderabad district Collector, the Ranga Reddy district Collector, the AP TRANSCO Chief Engineer (Metro Zone), the Telecom DGM, the APSRTC Regional Manager and a nominee of the South Central Railways would attend the program.
This program will be conducted once a month on every first Saturday, under the chairmanship of the Mayor.
The venue for the program is the Face To Face Hall, GHMC, Head Office.

dear sir my name is Ahmed my house is beside anwaruloom degree collage and we are facing a lot of problems due to people throwing garbage-derbis and passing urine under the wall of anwar uloom degree collage beside and no body is taking action about this . is this our greater hyderabad ? so please take an immediate action and put some greenery or any safest thing to prevent this . and please shift this garbage box to any other place and make our area clean and hygenic this is the duty of the area consulor but he will never inspect this area.
dear sir please my name is naseem i hereby request you to please clean the back side and beside area of anwaruloom degree collage new mallapally area . all the residence people are suffering from malaria and other diseases and the area consulor is not taking any action regarding this problem so please do some thing.

Dear sir we are the resident beside anwaruloom degree collage at new mallapally hyderabad this is to bring to your notice that we all the residents are facing lot of problems due to not cleaning garbage and debris laying beside anwaruloom collage mallapally and no body is inspecting the dirty area their . and the area consulor also is not taking any action on this issue so please do something and clean the whole area and shift this garbage dustbin to any other place . and also clean all the garbage laying beside big wall of anwaruloom collage. thanks

Dear Krishna babu garu,
We feel proud to have such dynamic commissioner like you, one of the most frequent problem is maintenance of street lights. we found that there is no such maintenance for street lights in our area ( i.e Ramnagar circle) 24x7 street lights are kept in on condition and most of the times who ever the contractor is not taking care.
From our side, we request you to arrange name plate it should contain contractor name as well as his contact number also hope it will be more useful to us.
Respected sir i live near Anwar uloom degree collage at new mallapally circle no 7 so please clean the derbis and garbage laying beside and behind the surrounding wall of the collage it is very very dirty its the duty of area consulor but after a several requests he never take any action on this issue so please take an immediate action and clean the area. thanks Ahmed

There are lot of dogs in Bhavanipuram colony which is near Ashok nagar and BHEL. They are causing lot of problems by chasing people going on bikes and also those who are walking on roads.

please look into matter urgently and with upmost priority, Our neighbours Mr.Mohd Saleem ahmed residing at the address 8-4-369/486 Bharath nagar, Indira nagar borabanda Hyderabad.is offending land grabbing on cc road this matter is taken into GHMC people by local residential s but this matter is not taken seriously by them and he is still constructing house on the cc road (picture attached) and is telling that he is having your support and your permission to do this offense. so please once more cross check the matter and take the necessary step as many local residential s are getting bad lesson and are getting encouraged by this issue to the offense in the same manner and if everyone start constructing on government cc road there will be no available place to walk and also people are loosing faith on GHMC and as well as on your justice. Please look into the matter seriously and give me reply or tell me how to get this matter into your notice.

Dear Sir, Namaste! This is Ravi J ,resident of West Marredpally. I do stay near to Kotwal school , West Marredpally. This school runs playschool to high school.Just opposite (less than 5 yards) there is a GHMC dump , which overflows every day. With lots of kids around one should give high priority to there health because there are less resistant than elders. I think its principal highest priority to get rid of that dump and shifted over to another place. Second GHMC authorities should also make sure dumps shouldnt be placed near school premises.
I wish this should be taken care as soon as possible.
