Is there any human catching units also who can catch all those human beings and keep them in a cage so they can live peacefully and let the poor animals also live. These people are creating more nuisance than dogs, I believe. so they should be caught first.

Mr. Thomas, R/o of 1816, MIG, BHEL, H-Sector has been making false complaint persistently with GHMC that drainage water is getting mixed with bore well (ground) water in front of MIG 1800. Because of his relentless canards, the GHMC authorities, consented to replace the existing drainage line partially, that too without making any study or veracity of the complaint. There are 27 houses on either side of this road/drainage line. The complainant resides on a perpendicular road away from the drainage manhole and bore-well.
The drainage manhole in contention is neither leaking nor chocked. The drainage water does not mix with the bore well water. Nobody other than Mr. Thomas has any complaint about the quality of the bore well water. Yet, Mr. Thomas mislead the officials and got sanction accorded for partial replacement. In fact, the drainage line in question is functioning perfectly. The existing drainage line is on the right side of the road. The partial replacement proposed from MIG 1803 to 1798 is through the middle of the road and a manhole at the middle of the road and an L-bend to the existing drainage line (manhole). This will obstruct the free flow of the drainage. There are 27 houses of either side of the road. The digging will totally damage the road, which was asphalted about 10 months ago. Also, it will damage the water supply connections to houses on one side. It is needless to mention that the water supply (individual connections) are around 25 years old and completely rusted and worn out. Any digging will damage the pipeline completely. Also it requires the individual drainage connections of several houses to be re-laid. On the whole, the entire road, water supply system & drainage, etc. will be destroyed in toto on a a fake complaint by a sadist.
In this connection, on behalf of the 27 houses, I appeal to the authorities concerned that:
(1) The veracity of the complaint be verified at the source of the water.
The water quality may please be tested at the source.
(2) The matter may please be enquired into with other residents of the area.
(3) The proposed partial laying of drainage will be a criminal waste. In fat, a new bore well in front of the complainant's house will be much cheaper than relaying the line as it requires, relaying of individual drainage connection, water connections and relaying of roads, etc.
Therefore, on behalf of the 27 residents at the street (1803 to the Main road MIG), I request you to kindly make a thorough investigation and study before venturing into this criminal waste of tax-payers money. Further, I also request you to kindly save the residents of the street in question from the ordeal and hardship we are likely to be subjected to due to the proposed partial replacement of the existing drainage.

If possible a way to eliminate the bad odour by helping her. Dont try to eliminate her or the dogs. She is a great human being who is showing her humanity and love towards animals. Lets be with her and try to help her. Dont complain on her. There are very less humans left on this earth who are showing their humanity and she is one of them.
